The Bible, Quran and other religious writings often ridicule and then justify the consigning to hell of atheists, heretics, etc. Individuals may be tolerant, but the ideology of exclusivity religions typically is not. I will be tolerant to theists who are decent enough to others, but I will become very intolerant of already privileged ideologies when people advance them as the "natural" or only way to run the country, etc. That makes me angry.
